Brainstorming
Business is going okay. But you’re just going through the motions. Offer. Close. Perform. Repeat. You need something else. Or maybe, you’re not going through any motions because you’re stuck. Maybe you have an idea you’re pretty sure is amazing but it’s still in the champagne-bubbles-in-your-belly phase & you need help fleshing it out. Let’s brainstorm, baby.
How do we do this?
If you’re in need of brainstorming, you’re at some sort of “edge” in your business. Maybe you need to talk through jumping. Maybe you need to talk through walking down a different path. Wherever you find yourself, talking things through out loud with someone who has literally no preconceived notions about you or your business but understands intimately the feeling of needing a good brainstorm sesh is invaluable.
You can try it with your business partner. You can try it with your spouse. You can try it with a friend. But all of those people are still too close to the problem to offer a naked, real perspective.
Brainstorming sessions are easy: after a free consult, sign up for a one-time 1-hr session (conducted in-person or via zoom) or snag a bundle and save a few dollars.
How do I know this is worth it?
Did you know “Ideation”— coming up with ideas— is actually a skill? I didn’t either until I *literally* tested as a highly skilled “Ideator” by the Johnson O’Connor Research Foundation, an aptitude-testing & research center.
But I know some test results don’t guarantee a plethora of ideas, and I can’t promise them either. What I can promise, though, is that any dollar spent towards gaining new insights about your business or new ideas is a dollar well-invested.
I’m good at coming up with ideas. I know this.
Brainstorming is a murky concept. I know this, too.
But unbiased (usually caffeinated) conversation is unbeatable. This, I also know.
How much does it cost?
$75 gets you one hour of my brainwaves. If you’d like to rent more real estate up there, you can book 2 sessions for $125 or 3 for $175.
So, what will I leave with?
I won’t make false promises of “3 new ideas” or “a fully laid out business plan,” but I will promise to leave you with a concrete list of action items, thought-provoking prompts to ponder, resources to consult, and various other avenues to get (or keep!) your juices flowing.
This isn’t just fun chit-chat.
It’s definitely fun, but it’s definitely results-oriented, too.
