Your brand is the way your customers or audience feel(s) when they interact with you or your business. Feelings drive decisions. Brand matters big time when it comes to the success, growth & impact of your business.

Ok, so branding matters.
But how do you develop a “brand”?

The branding process is made up of two-way education.

First, you teach me about your business. I ask a ton of questions to better understand not just who you are and what you do, but also how your industry works & who your target audience is. This understanding helps ensure we’re crafting a brand that is relevant & meaningful to the people you’re talking to.

Next, I get to teach you how to effectively position yourself in your industry & communicate to potential customers what makes you the best choice for them. By understanding what you’re really selling (and thus, what your people are really buying,) you can ensure you’re distinguishing yourself from competitors & using effective marketing strategies, while also doing the best kind of work: the kind that is aligned with why you started this business in the first place, and that also makes you money.

How long will it take &
what will it be like?

After a brief consultation to get clear on where your business is in its brand evolution (new, established, needs a refresh, etc) we’ll create a custom timeline for the work involved in getting you from where you are now to where you want to be.

Oftentimes, this is 2-3 sessions. Sometimes, it’s 3 or 4. You can expect to meet anywhere from an hour to 3 hours each session. Don’t let that scare you! It’s a super fun process, I promise. I like to say the brand process is actually really easy for you, the client, because all you have to do is answer questions about something you’re really passionate & knowledge about!

We can meet in-person or via Zoom. The closer to in-person interaction, the better, because brand is such a very personal undertaking.

How much does it cost?

Because timelines, needs & budgets vary, I don’t have set prices for branding packages, but any brand service starts at $250.

Will I get a logo from this, too?!

That depends on if you need a logo!

Contrary to popular belief, “brand” and “logo” are not interchangeable terms. Your logo is simply a physical representation meant to embody your brand and communicate your values through colors, symbols & sometimes letters or words.

Sometimes in the branding process, we discover your logo doesn’t actually communicate what your brand really is, in which case, logo design options can be discussed.

Other times, your logo is great but you have no clue how to use it, place it, share it, alter it, etc. I can help get you the right file types, create different variations for different media use, and teach you how to easily add it to media you create!
