Self-Help

An intentionally triggering word-choice employing a relevant marketing strategy: use the language your audience understands. “Self-Help” isn’t my favorite term, but it’s one we all know. Every business owner or personal brand must show up as their best selves as often as they can in order to do good work. My work in this arena is deeply gratifying as I get to guide people in their personal lives so they can be more impactful in their professional lives.

How do I know if I need this?

We’re operating under the assumption that you already know it’s all connected and there’s no separating Who You Are At Work & Who You Are At Home. “How you do one thing is how you do everything.”

With that in mind, if you sense that Who You Are Outside Of Work is influencing— in a not-so-good-way— Who You Are At Work, this is for you.

Maybe you feel “off” in your health, your attitude, your relationships, your routines. I help people pour back into themselves, which automatically translates into them pouring back into their businesses.

It’s “business coaching” in disguise.

How much does it cost?

I offer coaching in bundles of 2 or more because 1 session always unearths something that requires a second session. If we’re a terrible fit after the first session and showing up again would be absolute torture, I’ll refund you your second session, but I’ve found that the most meaningful change happens after more than 1 session.

(Of course, we’ll have a free, no-strings-attached call before we get started where you can feel out our dynamic for yourself before committing to recurring sessions.)

2 Sessions — $200
